Women United is an organization of female donors who nurture skills in philanthropy, make financial contributions to the Tulsa Area United Way and help create a lasting impact on our community.

After 20 years in corporate HR, Heidi Hartman ventured out on her own to pursue her greater purpose–building better leaders and businesses from the inside out –something she now guides teams and organizations to do as well. Heidi puts her experience in the trenches and extensive training to work for clients to understand the unique opportunities they face and offer tangible solutions that lead to wild success. She is a sought-after speaker. Heidi’s expertise covers everything from coaching CEOs and customized team development to leadership development and strategic planning.
Heidi has a master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, studied at Oxford and has an Executive Coaching certification from The Center for Executive Coaching. She is also an American Training and Development (ATD) accredited coach, Insights Discovery© Learning Practitioner and Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Heidi’s clients range from Fortune 500 energy companies to local non-profits. Her passion for people translates in her interactive style that helps clients of all shapes and sizes reach a myriad of goals.
She has served as the President of Central Oklahoma Coaching as well as President of Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. She is the OKHR Council Director elect and participated in Leadership Tulsa Class 44. In addition to partnering with her clients to achieve success, Heidi spends time with Chris, their two daughters, two cats and two dogs and serves on several non-profit boards.

Aisha Jefferson-Smith is the Corporate Communication Manager at QuikTrip Corporation. An Atlanta native who spent 17 years in store operations, most recently having been a Store Supervisor for two years. She has since relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma to serve as Chief Spokeswoman for QuikTrip Corporation in media relations. Aisha has trained and developed store employees along her journey and was fortunate enough to help with the implementation of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at QuikTrip Corporation. She helped women to engage, understand and work to overcome potential barriers to female advancement to retain, develop and promote more female employees. And, ensuring that our culture allows every employee to reach their potential. She now utilizes those skills to focus on QuikTrip’s purpose “To Provide an Opportunity for Employees to Grow and Succeed” through internal and external communications.

Linda Jenkins helps nonprofit leaders create social change. As a board governance consultant, she provides leaders with strategic approaches to facilitate mission achievement.
Her customized services include strategic planning, board assessment and development, program assessment and evaluation, and disrupting unconscious bias training. She provides her services virtually through one-on-one and group consultation, online surveys, webinars, workshops, and meeting and retreat facilitation. Linda tailors her services to fit client needs for practical strategic solutions. She has owned her own company – Jenkins Consulting Group (JCG) – for thirteen years. JCG has successfully completed 67 projects for 49 organizations in Oklahoma and Texas.
Before establishing JCG in 2007, Linda honed her professional skills through positions with the City of Long Beach, the City of Tulsa, and the Tulsa Area United Way (TAUW). Her management positions with the City of Long Beach included serving as the Police Department’s first civilian Budget Administrator and the Health Department’s Administrative Officer. As Community Investments Vice President at TAUW, she redesigned and continually enhanced the tools and procedures it used to allocate funds to health and human services agencies. She consistently received “outstanding” quality ratings from TAUW’s volunteers.
JCG services encompass the most current trends in nonprofit governance and leadership. Linda is an active BoardSource member and is one of two BoardSource Certified Governance Consultants® (CGC’s) in Oklahoma. As a CGC, she offers governance training using BoardSource-approved curriculum in the following areas: roles and responsibilities of nonprofit boards, board-staff partnership, board structure, board’s role in fundraising, the board-building cycle, and board performance assessment. Driven by her passion to help nonprofit leaders create inclusive workplaces and diverse and inclusive boards, Linda became certified to facilitate Managing Unconscious Bias in the Workplace workshops through the Cultural Intelligence Center in August 2019. Through JCG, she offers customizable half-day, full-day and two-day unconscious bias virtual workshops for nonprofit volunteer and staff leaders.
Linda completed Leadership Tulsa in 1999 and North Tulsa Development Council in 2011. Currently, she serves as President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Tulsa Chapter and Vice Chair of the City of Tulsa’s Sales Tax Overview Committee. She served on the board of directors for YWCA WomenShelter (Long Beach, CA), Youth Services of Tulsa, and Friends of Tulsa City-County Libraries. Her community service awards include an Evergreen Spirit Award (AIDS Coalition of Tulsa), a Leadership Vision Award (Tulsa C.A.R.E.S.), and a Good News Award (Camp Fire USA Green Country Council).
Linda moved to Tulsa when she was 10 years old. She graduated from Holland Hall Upper School as Student Council President and Girl of the Year. She holds an A.B. degree in History and Urban Studies from Princeton University and a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin. She received the Claudia Taylor (Lady Bird) Johnson Fellowship to support her studies at UT.
Linda is an avid women’s basketball fan. She loves to sharpen her coaching and teamwork skills by watching NCAA and WNBA games. She has traveled to nine Women’s Final Fours.
Ann Morgan is a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner for BOK Financial (BOKF) in Tulsa, OK.
Ann Morgan joined BOK Financial in January 2007 and has spent over 14 years in increasing levels of responsibility and leadership within Human Resources. Many of those years were focused on Talent Acquisition where she helped to build the division while identifying and attracting top tier talent. In April 2019, Ann had the opportunity to continue her career growth and broaden her value contribution when she accepted a position as an HR Business Partner. Her mission as an HRBP is to work as a strategic partner with the businesses she supports with a focus on continuously increasing her business acumen and adding recognized value that increases revenue, retention and personnel development. As a Human Resources professional, she brings expertise in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Thought Leadership, Compensation, Employee Relations and HR Operations.
Prior to joining BOKF, Ann spent 12 years in professional recruiting focused on corporate recruiting and contingency search throughout the Technical, Accounting and Financial industries. Her responsibilities ranged from individual production to Regional Manager for both National and Regional staffing firms. Ann currently serves on the TAUW Community Investment Panel, is a member of the Board of Directors for The Arc of Oklahoma, and also serves as a Reading Partner at Burroughs Elementary. Ann was a campaign Tri-Chair for BOK’s 2020 TAUW campaign.
Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband Marty, have three children.
Meg Myers Morgan
Topic: How to Negotiate for More
Dr. Meg Myers Morgan is an award-winning author, college professor, keynote speaker, and certified executive coach. Her latest book, Everything is Negotiable (Seal Press, 2018)–based on her notable TEDx Talk–is a best-seller and has been translated in multiple languages. Her collection of essays, Harebrained, won the gold medal for humor from the Independent Publishers Book Awards (2015). She is a regular contributor to Chief Learning Officer magazine. She leads the graduate programs in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management on the OU-Tulsa campus. She served as the president for YWCA of Tulsa’s Board of Directors and is currently the chair for the Tulsa Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women.

Krystal currently serves as Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Tulsa overseeing the city’s resilience strategy that calls for using a racial equity and social justice lens in all city policies, programs, and practices. Previously she held various positions in government and non-profit sectors in New York City, coordinating multi-disciplinary, community-led, and city-wide efforts to address disparities in health and well-being. Throughout her career, Krystal has focused on improving the quality and quantity of early education opportunities for children, improving supports for families, and developing meaningful community partnerships. Krystal has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Spanish Literature, as well as a master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University.

Kuma Roberts, IOM is the Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant for Arrowhead Consulting and has over 10 years of organizational development experience specializing in the business case for diversity, equity & inclusion, cultural competence, implicit bias, strategies for becoming an equity centered organization, inclusive workplace language as well as other elements of diversity, equity and inclusion.
As a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management she has spoken to a hundreds of businesses, non-profit and chambers of commerce on the best practices for developing a strategic plan related to DEI.
Kuma is passionate about racial and social justice with emphasis shifting policy and practice vs. hearts and minds and speaking to how more companies and organizations can harness the power of DEI to enhance their competitive advantage.
When Kuma isn’t speaking, she loves cooking for her husband, wrestling with her three-year-old son and arguing with her 16 year old daughter.

Tracy Spears is the Founder of the Exceptional Leaders Lab. She specializes in developing leaders, inspiring team work, and enhancing inter-office communications. Tracy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and an accomplished athlete who was a member of the U.S. National Softball Team. Tracy is a member of the National Speakers Association and is one of the highest rated leadership, diversity & inclusion, and team development coaches.

Meet Shagah – an independent consultant with a strong focus on strategic planning, community development and public outreach. She loves Tulsa and serves as a convener bringing people and partners together to make awesome happen. With a rich background in business and nonprofit development and a keen understanding of communications and public engagement, Shagah serves her clients with dedication and enthusiasm. She tackles challenges head on and solves problems for those looking for answers.
In the past, she has served Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager for Williams, a fortune 500 company, where she worked to build an inclusive company culture that brings the best out of leaders and employees. She has also served as Executive Director of Tulsa’s Young Professionals, a workforce initiative of the Tulsa Regional Chamber, whose mission is to attract and retain young professionals in the Tulsa region and develop the next generation of business and community leaders.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Public Relations and double minor in Political Science and Women’s and Gender Studies, she began work at the Tulsa Regional Chamber and quickly became engaged in community and civic advocacy. She is a graduate of the inaugural Tulsa Area United Way NexTulsa executive training program and participated in OCCJ’s Inclusive Leadership Council training.
Shagah was honored as the 2016 IABC Communicator of the Year, is the youngest recipient of the 2013 Journal Record’s Achievers Under 40 and an honoree for IonOklahoma’s 2014 30 Under 30. She serves on the board of advisors for Reading Partners Tulsa and board of advocates for Stephenson Cancer Research Center. She is a volunteer with the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network and serves on the advisory boards for OU Tulsa’s President’s Advisory Board and Resonance Center for Women. She has also served as the Marketing Director of Tulsa’s Great Raft Race and Public Relations Chair for the 2021 Return on Inclusion Summit.
